My dog loves this raincoat!
Perfect for my Southern Californian dog who is freezing and doesn't want to go outside when it rains. Now she stays warm and dry and can't wait to get outside! I'm glad I listened to the reviewers and bought a size up from their measurements. I don't think a smaller size would fit. The only thing I can say is that the hood won't stay on her all the time, but she's a dog so I'm not sure if the hood will stay on her.
