Easy to use app for cab bookings, excellent customer support team (they are super friendly). The only issue I have as of now with this service it that they don't seem interested in expanding their reach outside London - so if you're planning to expand into other areas then be prepared to pay out more than just twice what some providers charge! We've been using them since we started our business over 5 years ago. Their great user interface makes life easier when searching for cabs across multiple operators. They also provide us with amazing value compared with competitors who were taking longer lead times or charging much higher rates per mile/minute etc which ultimately costs my customers money. There's no need anymore having to call around different companies to get quotes because all your fares come from one place which saves time. It was hard finding good prices and getting the best deals initially but once everything had stabilised there have not really any issues at present.
