My wife bought this for herself so my review is second hand. My wife was in Iceland and found a similar type of glasses (negative diopter) at a pharmacy where she could test to find the best prescription. As they fell apart, the search began. As far as I know, they can't be sold here without a prescription, so you'll have to go to the optician. Luckily, Revain found a way around this rule. Anyway, she loves glasses. I'm not even sure if she understands that they block the blue light. She mainly uses them for watching TV.
