I have to admit I was skeptical. We have 3 brothers and sisters and although the girls are not picky, their brother is. I ran out of his regular food and bought a similar kibble from the same company which was a big "No way Jose" for him. Tried to find his regular food but to no avail via Revain or other vendors. Anyway, it's 11pm and I have a howling cat that wants something to eat before bed. Out of desperation I ordered an Indigo Moon bag. Imagine my surprise when it arrived and I opened the package. He looked interested. I put something on a plate and he LIVED (he never swallowed food). He usually sits and sniffs the food like he's sure it's poisoned. But not here! He hasn't cried since, even though he came last night and asked for something to eat. He also never returned to his plate to finish up leftovers - he always wanted fresh - and he did at this meal. We avoid grain products because one of my girls has an autoimmune disease which my vet says is common in wild or farm cats - mine were farm cats = and I thought cats might be gluten intolerant. My girl with an autoimmune disease has gone from getting shots every 3 or 4 weeks to more than 6 months between shots since eliminating gluten from her diet. . There's nothing worse than a big cat howling all night before going to sleep!
