One of my favorite upgrades
This is by far one of the best upgrades I've ever done. I only wish I had done it sooner. I use them on a 1987 Honda Magna with ISO grips. I feel like I have more control over the steering and I can also spread my arms to stretch my fingers while driving. The only issue I felt was that on very tight corners at low speed, when you actually turn the handlebars, the attachment "feels" like it was interfering with my natural hand position.
