Ideal solution for automotive and automotive electronics
I bought this to extend the USB cable from the back of a new stereo head unit I was about to install. The shop usually just takes a standard extension cord and hangs it in the glove box or console. I got them to use this instead. Easy to install, looks like factory. The cable is quite long, so if you routed it deeper in the console area (below the stereo) it would easily reach the back of the radio.
