Thickness and quality at this price is good. But I ordered brown. My hair color is chestnut and chestnut is definitely RED. I am usually happy with the product I order online but was very disappointed with the color of the nozzle. I know it's hard to pick a color from a chart on the internet, but brown is usually a specific color. A little maroon would have been acceptable but the brown would definitely have been very red if they hadn't sent me the wrong color.
