I have MS with a problem with a saggy foot. Unfortunately, my legs regularly have stretch cramps at night. So I got these soft braces to hopefully help with my flexor cramps during the night. These work great. And the material is a bit grippier than socks, making it easy to slip in the middle of the night. Velcro is extreme though! This is the strongest velcro I have ever experienced in my life. That's a pro for sure! Muscle cramps definitely cannot break through this velcro. However, the downside is that the strength of the Velcro makes them very difficult to remove on your own. Luckily they are very soft and don't have any pressure points that cause irritation.
