I was very afraid to receive this as I wasn't sure it would hold enough liquid. My goal was to lose weight and I make fruit and yogurt shakes in batches to have ready for work or elsewhere. The presence of these bags greatly simplifies preparation and storage. I don't throw away as much food because I can freeze it before it goes bad. I just take it and go with it. I'm sticking to the course rather than starving and breaking my diet. Good quality pouches, food grade heat sealed plastic, thick on the sides. I wash them immediately to use in the next batches. I love that I can replace them when they wear out or get lost. Very good value for money.
