Just a little big, buy a whiskey glass instead
Like some others I found them too big to hold comfortably. Being just over 4 inches in diameter at their widest point, they also won't fit on a standard 12 inch deep shelf. However, if you like the shape/quality of these glasses (which I do) just buy a whiskey glass. It's much more comfortable to hold, and at just under 4 inches wide, three of these can easily fit on a shelf. I don't care what it's called and I use them for both cocktails and red wine.
