No reset button, USB ports very hard, power LED very dark
Although there is a reset cable, there is no switch. The power indicator is too dark to see. And USB connectors are so narrow that you have to hold the block when removing it. The audio jacks worked for me but not for others. Sending it back for one with much better specs.
