The customer support is prompt and courteous. I like the fact that it has a direct portal which links directly to the order system. It's easy to make account adjustments from the screen. I wish the template was easier to use. Sometimes it takes a few tries to make an adjustment. We use Kingsline for all of our direct mail marketing. We use it for brochures as well as emails. Kingsline has been extremely easy to work with and their customer support is excellent. The most important thing to me about kings line was being able pick up my marketing materials from them, as well have it printed in an environmentally friendly way! They also had good prices for printing things that I needed done quickly such as postcards or business cards - they were very flexible with their pricing options too (even if you need something really quick). There weren't any downsides at all while using this product- everything went smoothly throughout our relationship together!!
