Worst product I have ever bought. The factory does not respond to warranty requests, and it is also impossible to use the website. Needed a $5 car plug and even the Amazon customer service rep who worked with both couldn't help. Can't even download it properly and the factory is still under warranty but refuses to even reply to emails. The damn thing cost $59 and wasn't even worth $5. Asurion's insurance cannot be trusted either as they use their customer service hours to ensure customers don't get through.
