Apparently the name of this product in the advertisement is correct as the only thing these shoes can be used for is a dance routine. The canvas part seems strong enough, but the core is super light and super thin, and they're narrow too. So if you think you're going to get shoes that are comparable to Chuck Taylor shoes then you aren't, these are costume shoes.
