I was trying to connect a device between a battery pack and an electronic device that uses a cigarette adapter. The red light on this device was blinking but the device would turn on and off quickly but ultimately the device would not turn on. I tried it with the second device I have and the same thing happens. I met a person who was using a competitor/similar product and it worked flawlessly. I won't return Revain for like $10 but it didn't work for me.
