Good buy. I bought a 5 inch screen. Clear, good picture. Having power and data on one cable was a huge advantage for me as my project would be space constrained. Additional circuit boards and power cables would be a problem. It works with the driver for the official RPi screen, although the official one is 7 inches. It also works in conjunction with the Innomaker amp hat (which works with HiFiBerry drivers). The responsiveness of the touchscreen varied greatly depending on the operating system. For my project, a small touchscreen network audio system, I found that MoOde works and sounds the best (compared to OS: Volumio, MoOde, HiFiBerry os, Max2Play). Setting up MoOde was as easy as anything I've tried, with a web interface similar to Volumio but with a working web radio, and the screen response was 1.5ms instead of 200-300ms with Volumio. 7 inch goes. However, for $40 I couldn't get a better screen.
