I ordered this bracelet several months ago, and it was great. So I ordered another 2 weeks ago, but this time the closure was defective. When filling out the return, I was given the option of a replacement, which I accepted. The new bracelet has a better closure, but not as easy to open/close as the first one.Update: the new closure is getting better with each use, and I have been contacted several times by customer service at Nina Queen to assure I am satisfied. Moreover, their charms are fabulous! I would not hesitate to buy from them again!
