Inexpensive, I doubt it's waterproof but for $24 you get a pretty good emergency kit. Keep the batteries away from the torches inside the case (there's room) so they won't drain but will work properly. The hardshell case keeps them protected and organized. I keep them in my personal cars, another set in my Harley trunk and a set in my cruiser for scenes. Much safer and more stable than conventional flares, I doubt they are spark proof but they are not as dangerous as conventional CH liquid flares. Made in China but for limited use, they fill a niche for little money.
