Update: Support reacted quickly to the problem. Thanks very much! So I decided that I would send the peeled one back and order a new one. I really wish this chair would last longer for my kids. Hope the new one doesn't cause any problems. Note to self: check everything before assembling. I ordered two for my kids because of online classes. Very easy to assemble - less than 30 minutes. At first I couldn't find the instructions and I panicked. I watched the video, then I saw the instructions in one of the plastic pieces. Everything was individually wrapped. Aesthetically it's beautiful and we love it. And surprise! There is a massager. I hope it lasts 5 years. I'm just sad that one chair has a crack/peeling at the top. I've only seen half of it and don't want to spoil the fun for my kids. My son is counting the days and waiting and he doesn't want to give it back. I hope the manufacturer sees this and makes sure it doesn't happen again. WARNING: If you have an 8 year old son like mine, be careful with tipping. He sank too low and the chair tipped over. Even though he was safe. The recliner can be locked.
