Easy navigation, good customer service! I have been using this website since it was in beta testing mode with other clients of mine at The Loft Group. It has served us well as we continue our growth into new markets outside New York City. We use their platform daily as part of my job responsibilities so any issues are immediately noticed by me or another member of the team who assists them directly. Nothing yet - but they've had some growing pains getting up and running initially, which will no doubt be sorted out over time once things settle down. It's great having virtual fitting rooms available when you're not physically present. This saves valuable space and makes shopping more convenient from anywhere around the world where there isn't sufficient retail presence (especially if those stores don't carry your size).
