I was able to engage my target audience in an interesting way during our live stream of two days at Dreamforce '17! The app itself has been easy for me as well as everyone who's worked with us (from Sales Engineering all the way down) to learn how to best utilize it. There have not really been any problems we've run into so far while utilizing this service; however, there isn't much one can do about things once they're done. We were trying something new when going LIVE - having people join via web browsers instead of being required to download the client first before joining/watching content - but after just over 2 weeks since launch, only 1 person had downloaded the software prior to tuning back in online. That said, the feedback given afterwards indicated those users did enjoy watching without downloading beforehand!
