So I used this item once so far and was impressed by the amount of power it has, I have not had to go over 50% power!I got almost instant relief from my sciatic pain!The booklet that comes with it has such tiny writing you need a danged magnifying glass to read it!You might want to test each preset mode for you own personal preferences, so far I have 3 that I like the best for different areas of pain in my back and sciatic area.Took this to my Chiropractor so he could advise me where the best placements would be for the electrodes for maximum relief and he had a good look at the devise and was impressed at the versatility of it! He really liked all the different modes and asked the price and was blown away.he said I chose a fantastic product for the price :) Im sure he will now recommend this to his patients!The small pads did NOT stick to my neck on the first placement so I ended up tying a silk scarf around my neck to keep them in place LOL, I also bought a set of replacement pads so I will see how those stick to my skin.no issues with the medium sized ones so far.Overall I highly recommend this product for pain relief!
