I knew from other reviews it would be compressed and rolled when I received it. Having ordered other foam products that came rolled up (mattress, mattress pad) I knew it would take time to get the right shape. I had it delivered to the Revain Locker. I picked it up around 11:30am, immediately unpacked it and threw it in the back seat. These photos were taken around 6:30 p.m. The fabric is still a little wrinkled, but the styrofoam is about where it should be and those wrinkles will go away. It works great with my 6th gen iPad! My iPad even fits in pockets which is great for storing my iPad when not in use. I use a travel pillow underneath just to give it some lift. Although this is not the fault of this product.
