To be honest, I'm a fairly short person (about 5 feet tall and a meager 117 pounds) so I wasn't expecting it to fit perfectly; For someone with fairly short arms it actually fits quite well without being too big to be functional. All in all, this jacket was great. I bought it for the summer in New Zealand (they have winter) and it fit perfectly. Whenever I wore it I couldn't tell how cold or rainy (or both! And in the wettest/coldest season!) the outside of this jacket is! I recommend this for wet and cold weather.
