Collar size under 19.5 "
I have 2 puppies, one with a 16" neck and the other with a 17.5" neck. These collars should measure up to 19.5 inches from tip to tip. The 2 I received are under 17 inches tall and can only be carried by one of my dogs and even then they are completely out of order as much as possible. I even cut off the guard to see if I could get another inch for another dog but it just doesn't stretch out enough to use. Very disappointed my two puppies don't have a nice Christmas collar.
