We took them on our honeymoon spearfishing and found them very good value. We didn't want an ultra-cheap camera and we didn't want to hassle with a GoPro, so this fitted the bill for us. We've used it up to 25 feet. Great shots were taken above water and under water (as you can see) - knowing, of course, that underwater photography depends heavily on the transparency of the water and the lighting conditions. There is a flash and it works great. We loaded after every dive. We bought a floating wrist strap for this (so if we drop the camera, the strap will stand up and swing like a buoy, making it easier to find the camera). If I didn't want it in the way, I tucked it under my suit so I could pick it up when I wanted to take a picture. Don't forget your memory card! And dry the chamber before opening it.
