5'11" 240#, 2XL I'm wearing winter riding tights underneath. Rode 20 miles a few hours ago. No problem but wouldn't recommend not wearing a baselayer underneath in this temperature. They blocked wind well - I was happy with that. Brooks saddle and I had to constantly move my butt back because of sliding forward. If your saddle has a little more "teeth" than smooth leather you should be fine, but I had Trouble staying on my trusty saddle which I've been using for a couple of years now Something to think about I wore them on my belly button and they fit great If you have a person under your belly they last a long time and maybe not me will keep these in my rotation - for the price they're a good option if you have saddle problems so won't wear them on long rides
