A more powerful motor helped me a lot as I have very bad muscle cramps that need to be squeezed hard. Other massage guns stop too easily, but this one just keeps hitting. So far it has helped me and other people with migraines when a regular massager didn't help. It has also saved me from many painful spasms and is much more effective than regular massagers. Ultimately, I definitely recommend this massage gun.
