Light show and better sound than laptop speakers

This portable speaker delivers better sound than laptop speakers, but don't expect good bass. The light show is useful. I had no trouble connecting the speaker to my Kindle Fire HD8 via Bluetooth, but there is also an option to connect to the device via the headphone jack.
