I'm not exaggerating. It was traumatic to try and install. I have no idea why it was so easy for others, but I know I bought the right size because I checked the product description. First, the installation instructions do not include instructions for all items in the kit. Eventually I found out that you don't need either item depending on what's already included in your machine. After that, the screws that came with it were almost too big - one or two might fit, and the rest couldn't be screwed in. So we personally had to drill a little more holes in the license plate bracket to allow the screws to go in. Even after that, it was still incredibly difficult to screw in. We ended up only installing 2 of these anti theft screws on the car because my husband and I were both sweating and just finished installing them towards the end. I think we feel better because hopefully they're just as horrible to take out so nobody steals our plates again, but oh my god I will never buy this product again.
