Review on GuoShuang by Gerardo Goodson

I went to the GuoShuang online store for the first time to make a purchase not too long ago, and I have to say that I was incredibly dissatisfied with the entire process. The quality of the items I ordered was not up to standard, and they were completely different from what was advertised on the website. To begin, the clothing I ordered was made of low-quality material and did not appear anything like the pictures that were displayed on the website. The sizing was completely off, and the items did not suit me in the way that they should have. I made several attempts to return them, but the procedure of doing so was a living hell. The team providing customer support took an interminable amount of time to respond, and once they did, their responses were unhelpful and unprofessional. Second, the shoes I purchased looked nothing like the picture on the website that was used to advertise them. The color was off, and there was a significant issue with the fitting. It was unpleasant to wear them, and after just a few times, I got the impression that they were going to break apart completely. When I attempted to send them back, I was informed that I would be responsible for the cost of the return shipping, which was a sizeable expenditure. Last but not least, the piece of jewelry I ordered appeared to have been worn and was discolored. The items were supposed to be brand new, but it was obvious that they were not. When I contacted customer support about this problem, they did not provide any solutions and simply stopped responding to my messages. I was very disappointed. My time spent shopping at the GuoShuang internet store was, on the whole, a miserable one. The products were of poor quality, the sizing was incorrect, and the customer service was ineffective and unprofessional. It is not a store that I would recommend to anyone, and I would advise customers to seek elsewhere for their needs in terms of clothing, footwear, and jewelry.
