Customer service is second to none with this company. I bought my grandson headphones for Christmas. He used it once and the microphone broke. He liked the headset's color scheme and said it fits well. I contacted the company and they solved the problem immediately. All I had to do was show the order online and choose a replacement which arrived within 7 days!
