I think they assume anyone trying to install this setup has computer skills. Just follow the instructions! I found it easier to set up the web link using Internet Explorer first. Do not connect the module to the computer until you are ready to program it. Then install the module on the vehicle according to the instructions. Disconnect the module after pre-programming is complete. Return to the computer with the USB key. Connect it to the black connector and run the program. After you've programmed the car and it should work properly, make sure you connect the correct BCM wire for your application. thanks later lol
