After experimenting with dozens of products over the years, I found this product to be very rich. It also has a very pleasant scent which I think lasts until the next wash while most others only last 1-2 days. Absolutely worth the price. Your mileage depends on how it interacts with your hair, so I'm including my hair type below for reference. Background to this review: My hair is a mix of fine/medium strands that curl between 2C/3A. So my typical routine is a thorough rinse-wash-rinse cycle, where I apply a small amount of conditioner to my scalp to help with dryness, sweep a little across the outer middle of my hair, and work into the base. free-flowing hair, enough conditioner to make it feel like it's barely saturated. I usually wash 2-3 times a week, maybe more. I've also found good results with 2 different shampoo/conditioner sets and alternating washes. I combined this conditioner with Neutrogena T-Gel Shampoo. When using this conditioner, I found that it takes very little to get good results. The first time I used it I used the spoons I usually use from other products and by the second day my hair started to get greasy quickly. I ended up using about half. This helps control frizz and encourages frizz formation. I've also found that if I choose to blow dry my hair, it helps to create a fairly sleek hairstyle. You may achieve best results by finishing with a cool/cold water rinse. With my hair, this is a must-have for every product, and so it has become with this one.
