ThreadNanny Was a Disappointing Experience All Around

I've spent years working in the art and sewing industries, so I was eager to give ThreadNanny a try because of the company's assurances that their products are of the highest possible quality and that they provide outstanding customer support. Nevertheless, my interactions with the company were fraught with a great deal of dissatisfaction. To begin, I discovered that their product range was limited in comparison to the selections offered by other stores. As an artist and seamstress, I found that their selections were somewhat limited and did not meet all of my requirements, despite the fact that they claimed to specialize in a large variety of products. In addition, the things I ordered from ThreadNanny were of a poor quality when they were sent to me. The trimmings and embellishments that I ordered, such as rhinestones and sequins, were of a low quality. After only a few usage, many of them fell apart or lost their brilliance. In addition, I discovered that the materials that they utilized for their sewing goods were not as long-lasting as the company had represented. Finally, the customer service that ThreadNanny provided left me feeling let down. My concerns concerning the quality of the products they sell were not addressed in a constructive manner by their team of specialists, and they were slow to respond to any questions or issues I raised. In general, I am unable to recommend ThreadNanny to anyone who is seeking for art or sewing items of a high quality. My interactions with the company were below average, and I believe there are other shops available that are able to provide superior products as well as excellent customer service.

  • Focused on decorations and finishing touches.
Cons
  • Subpar quality in several cases.
