The sleeve deviates from the factory specification by 180 degrees.

Sleeve fitted in housing 180 degrees from factory specs. To return. If you need a lot of extra flex they might work for you. If not, do yourself a favor and just buy the inserts and press them at the machine shop. Cheaper than ordering with machine shop fees.
