Review on ViewSonic VG2448: The Ergonomic DisplayPort Monitor with Anti-Glare and Widescreen IPS Technology. by Day Ingol

I bought this monitor for my HP Z6 Workstation which I use primarily for 1K to 2K resolution video work, primarily on the web, as well as individual video projects for many of the organizations I work with. The large screen comes in very handy when working with high detail videos. An ergonomic base with adjustable pan and various tilt angles is a nice feature that allows a person not to strain their neck when working long hours on a video project. Although there are multiple connection formats, I'm using the latest DisplayPort connection, which is a nice addition and a little less cumbersome than HDMI or older digital port connections. Images and colors are crisp, bright and crisp, with no noticeable blemishes at any angle that lower quality monitors seem to exhibit. I prefer ViewSonic products because of their excellent quality. The built-in blue light filter helps reduce eye strain during long editing sessions. Overall I am very happy with this large monitor.
