I love crepes even thought they're difficult to make. This skillet is great for many reasons including the obvious that you can make crepes and other things with it! It's thin and light weight with a handle that won't heat up to keep your hands burn free. The wooden spatula is really nice to use for crepes or anything to keep it from sticking/easier to serve without damaging those precious crepes! I like that the heat distributes evenly and the pan is designed to ensure no overflow of batter unless you add way too much. There are good recipes out there available online with DIY help cooking videos as aides too. Definitely something I can recommend to others out there that love and want to make crepes!
