I ordered a veil as a gift for a friend. I specifically ordered this veil because I particularly liked the box it came in; In the picture it looked very gentle and whimsical. When I received the product, the box was very fragile and beautiful, but it was broken. So I quickly requested a replacement and the company sent replacements straight away, but unfortunately this box was even more damaged.
