I liked that I had a freezer/fridge and an oven thermometer. I have an extra fridge that I sometimes wonder about the freezer and have it there to constantly check the temp and opened it to find it wasn't at freezing. I really needed an oven thermostat because I could tell something was wrong with my oven as the food was taking a lot longer to cook. I found my oven preheated to 75 degrees and since I have it and check the temp I can adjust the temp to get more accurate cooking. I didn't get a chance to use a meat thermometer because I injured myself. my leg for the last few months and i haven't really cooked but love that it comes with a case for it. My old one didn't have a case and I kept stuffing it myself and was always worried my nephew wouldn't continue in the box I kept.
