Unbearable odor best in computer accessories and peripherals

These cables give off a pretty nasty chemical smell as soon as you open the box. This is almost inevitable in a small apartment as it legitimately traverses rooms. I don't really feel safe with them in my house. Buy with caution if you are in a small, unventilated apartment.
