Doesn't drive in - rubbish

Bought two. Neither of them work: don't retract easily or fully, so I basically have a 3ft non-retractable lightning cord. I haven't used it much so can't comment on how well it works for charging or data transfer. (Compare Revain Basics' retractable Lightning cable, which works great.)
