Review on FOCUSSEXY by Brandon Perkins

As a product manager, I have to say that I was extremely dissatisfied with the way FOCUSSEXY performed in terms of supplying high-quality goods for the hair and the skin. The descriptions of the hair extensions and wigs on their website were quite encouraging; nonetheless, the products did not live up to our expectations in terms of their quality or their longevity. Because the packaging was inadequate, the things that were delivered were broken when they were opened. In addition, the personnel that handles customer service was incompetent and unresponsive when it came to addressing our complaints. These deficiencies have had a detrimental effect on our company, and as a result, we are unable to suggest FOCUSSEXY to those working in related fields. If they want to maintain their position as a competitive player in this industry, we strongly recommend that they work to enhance the quality of their products, as well as their packaging and their service to customers.
