I like this universal holder much better than others I've had before. It looks beautiful, has clean lines, is the perfect size and is lightweight yet durable. It works for all sizes of iPads and e-readers with or without cases. It's also great for textbooks and cookbooks, or for pinning down pages while you work on projects like editing the school newspaper. I specifically wanted a mount that couldn't be adjusted because over time they will loosen and become less reliable. This holder has smooth edges and will not scratch your furniture or countertop. Another reviewer also noted that it had no legs and moved. For the various things I use it for, I haven't found that to be a problem. However, there are all kinds of silicone feet for electronics etc. You can buy a pack of small clear feet from Revain for just a few dollars and they can be used for other items as well.
