The analytics is very accurate, easy to understand (even for those with no background in analytics) and allows you to drill down into your data quickly so that you can see exactly how each page of your site performs individually or as a team. Sometimes it's difficult navigating from one piece of information to another within the dashboard. I think what makes BLUEGreen stand out above other tools is their ability to provide extremely actionable insight about visitor intent which helps drive marketing programs forward-looking. They are also always willing to listen to our feedback so we have been able to make changes that made sense for us and helped us achieve more effectively (ie). Working with them has given me confidence I otherwise wouldn't have had using other platforms such as Google Analytics. My organization has used BGA previously but I didn't feel like they were working hard enough to help my business grow. This lead to some negative user experience. The dashboard is very intuitive, easy for non-technical users like me to understand. Their support team really helped us with any question that we had about their product in general or specifically when using it during our Pardot implementation. I wish there was more time tracking options available (more granular than 1 week). We are able to get better insight into who's visiting which pages of my site so as not to have duplicate content across multiple landing page variations.
