If you are an avid fitness enthusiast, do not purchase this product. I train 9 times a week, 2 times some days, and this is by far the weakest pre-workout program. I actually feel like it makes me tired, tingling after about 10 minutes but no tension. I tried 3 times and threw it away. Don't buy that, go to another pre-workout.
