I like that it can be used in conjunction with other services such as Cloudflare, but also works independently without needing to have those tools installed or configured for use. It is easy to set up alerts when things go wrong (slow page loads/errors), which helps me identify issues before they become serious problems. The UI could look nicer - more modern design would probably help users feel better about using this service than what we currently see now. We're solving our problem of having to wait until someone reports an issue via email instead being able to monitor real-time activity ourselves from within Slack. This has reduced reporting time drastically. Additionally, since we've been able to get notifications straight away rather than waiting around for people to report their concerns, there's less chance something will slip through the cracks unnoticed by us.
