The tub was clogged with hair and the drain was not working. I didn't want to call the plumber. So I ordered it and it worked. Push it about 1-2 feet down the tub drain through the panel on the tub wall under the faucet, then swirl a few times. When I pulled him out, he grabbed a huge clump of hair. Disgusting?.yes! But now the bath is draining normally. I've only used it once so far. So there is no need to talk about durability. But even for one-time use, it's cheaper than plumbing. The plumbers are fine.
