I recently switched to Legion Whey from another brand that secretly changed the formula and I have not been able to get any answers as to what exactly they are doing. I've researched extensively for other whey products and was pleasantly surprised to find Legion Whey. I wanted the low cal option that Legion offers from quality sources (e.g. Irish Dairies, I'm a research vet at university and I know Irish Dairies are among the best in the world with the best bovine genetics). I also wanted to achieve the high protein per gram that the Legion product offers. I used half of the first bottle and am very happy with the chemistry (easily miscible with water/milk) and the great taste. Also, I had no side effects - absorbed perfectly, little aftertaste. Finally, I'm impressed that the Legion lab is FDA inspected - they have one of the most rigorous quality control programs in existence. Next, I will measure weight gain in my strength training program. About 2 months ago I had a farming accident, broke 3 ribs and had another injury that forced me to stop weight training - now I'm getting back to it. I will be writing another ad in a few months---in the meantime I highly recommend this product.
