I love how easy it was setup from scratch with no coding knowledge required! The platform has been incredibly stable over time which makes me feel less worried about future updates/changes that could break things down the road (as we've experienced in other platforms). There are still some kinks here & there but nothing major so far as of this writing (6 months into implementation) - just minor issues like not being able to use certain plugins or addons due to licensing restrictions. We wanted an all inclusive system where our staff can easily access voicemail messages across multiple locations without having their email accounts tied up by spam filters etc., while also providing us visibility through reporting features such as call volume reports per day / week / month. The best thing about this software was that it has everything in one place which makes managing my business more efficient than ever before! I can't think of anything at all negative about this product or service so far - if you're looking into any type of cloud platform then definitely consider using shadow cms as your email provider! We have been able to centralize our emails across multiple platforms (outlook/gmail) with ease by utilizing shadow's integration capabilities.
